Little River Miami

Little River Miami is an adaptive reuse and urban infill project in Miami, Florida.

Overview

Little River Miami is an adaptive re-use and urban infill development located in Miami. I created the neighborhood’s visual identity, website, and signage. The identity honors the neighborhood’s history and position within one of America’s most vibrant and culturally rich cities. The railway bisecting the neighborhood is illustrated in the name and logo, and creates a link to greater Miami. An array of soft-hued colors are married with the heavy grotesque typeface, Druk, striking a balance between tropical and industrial while focusing the neighborhood’s visual rhetoric.
