Orion Jet Center

Orion Jet Center by Derek Edward Love

Orion Jet Center is a private aviation facility in Miami, Florida.

Challenge

Orion Jet Center’s aging terminal and less than refined visual identity was holding the company back from delivering the luxury experience it promised.

Solution

Assemble a team of architects, interior designers, branding specialists, and contractors to craft a brand new terminal and visual identity that delights the passengers, pilots, and crew who fly with Orion.

Results

Since our involvement, Orion advanced to the highest rank among fixed base operators in the Miami metro area — and top 20th percentile in the country — according to Aviation International News.

Orion Jet Center strategy by Derek Edward Love

We conducted interviews with Orion’s leadership, management, customer service teams, and customers to gauge Orion’s strengths and most viable trajectory. The resulting brand strategy synthesized why people choose Orion and established a blueprint to calibrate efforts in every area of the business.
